(Please note that weekend bookings need to be made at least 3 weeks in advance to enable caretaking to be arranged and it does attract a caretaker’s fee.)
Room 1
The office which is partially adapted for use for small meetings or for counselling sessions
Room 2
The snooker room which is available and is fully equipped for a game.
Room 3
This room is set up with furniture for classes. There are sufficient plug sockets for computer use and it has a drop down screen for use with a projector. There is provision for 15 participants.
Room 4
The current regular bookings for this room include exercise classes, music groups, photography groups and church groups. It has also been used for children’s parties and crafting classes.
The room is 70 sq m and without furniture has a capacity of approximately 20 people for exercise classes. It will hold up to 30 with desks and chairs. For children’s parties and and presentation sessions when using chairs only there is a capacity of approximately 40 people. It has blackout blinds and a drop down screen for use with a projector.
Room 5
This room is similar to room 4 but is smaller being 38 sq m. It has a capacity of approximately 20 when desks and chairs are used and 25 when only chairs are used. There are blinds and there is a drop down screen for use with a projector.
This room is used by the Brownies, language conversation groups amongst others and can also be booked for smaller children’s parties.
Room 6
This is a small room furnished with a sofa and two easy chairs. It is suitable for 1-to-1 counselling or similar small group activities.
Gazebo
There is a gazebo which can be hired for on-site or off-site use.It has a water resistant covering and side flaps for protection against sun/rain. It is approximately 3m by 4m
